3. RESERVATIONS
We can gladly send you a quotation. Once you confirm your reservation,
we request a one night deposit for stays of up to 5 nights; for longer stays
a 30% deposit is required.  When you confirm your reservation, we will
send a Service Agreement for your approval.  Please scan this document
together with proof

4. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
We can guarantee your reservation with a credit card.  We will send a
special document so you fill it up, sign and send it back to us via email or
fax.  The initial deposit of 1 night (in case your stay is for less than 5
nights) or a 30% (in case of stays over 5 nights) will be charged to your
credit card.   Your card will be fully charged in case of no-shows or late
cancellations.   We accept American Express, Master Card or Visa.

5 BANK PAYMENTS
We accept bank transfers.  Please fax or email the deposit slip together
with the Service Agreement.  The original bank deposit slip is required
upon registration.  We accept bank payments in cash.  We will provide the
details once you confirm your reservation.

If the initial payment is not received on the agreed date, a) the reservation
gets cancelled, or b) the reservation can be done again subject to
availability and the new applicable rate.

6. GROUPS
Please send us a list with the names of the guests and the number of
adults and children per room.  We require this list at least two days
before your arrival.  If we do not receive the list, we will be obliged to
charge the highest rate per room.

7. TRAVEL AGENCIES OR INDEPENDENT AGENTS
Travel agencies or independent agents can charge their clients their
commission as a deposit for the hotel.  The agent keeps this amount and
the client can then pay the balance at the hotel upon check-in.  Please
provide your client a receipt and email or fax this information so we
know.   In case your client makes full payment to the agent, the hotel
payment must reach us at least two days before your client´s check in.

8. CANCELLATIONS
If there are no payments or deposits, we accept cancellations without
charge.  If the initial deposit is not received on the agreed date, the
reservation gets cancelled.  If the cancellation happens 15 days before
arrival, and the guest has already send a deposit or a credit card
information, the hotel will charge a 15% commission on the total stay.  
After that period the hotel does not accept refunds for any payments, nor
for early departures.  On the other hand, we accept change of date
subject to availability and the rate applicable to the new period.

9. EARLY DEPARTURES
El The hotel does not make refunds for deposits or payments, but we
gladly accept a change of date, subject to availability and the rate
applicable for the new period.  Check out is at 11.30.  If you require to
leave earlier, please notify  us before 11.30 to avoid a one night charge.

10 .FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due upon registration, except for travel agencies.  We
accept  Master Card, Visa, travelers checks, cash in Mexican pesos or
US or Canadian Dollars or Euros.  Travel agents should send the full
payment before their client´s arrival.

11.  SERVICE AGREEMENT
The hotel will send the client a Services Agreement for his/her approval.  
We request that this Agreement is sent back to the hotel by fax or email
together with the proof of the initial payment.  We can then guarantee the
reservation.

12. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AGREEMENT
En In case of changes like the number of people staying in a suite, the
hotel will adjust the rate, both if there are more or less guests.  Charges
apply for additional guests:  Rate per night per guest (adult or child):  Low
and regular season $8 in the standard suite and $16 in the master suite.  
US$20 during mid-season and US$24 during special season in both types
of suites.  In case that the additional guests are not registered in the
hotel, a 50% charge based on these rates will be applied.  

13. MISCELLANEOUS.
Our rates and promotions are subject to change without notice.  Once the
reservation is made and the date for initial payment has been agreed
upon, we do not make changes to the rates, promotions or agreements.  
If the initial payment is not received on the agreed date, the changes to
rates or promotions,if any,  will take effect and a new reservation would
have to be made.  Our promotions, business plan, rates for long-stays,
discounts or commissions cannot be combined.
