This is a very remarkable hotel. It has the most human feel of any I have
been to while remaining highly professional, courteous and warmly
responsive to your needs. The management and staff are genuinely friendly
and concerned to make your stay a fulfilling one. The atmosphere is efficient
but relaxed and truly focused on the client's - not the hotel's - convenience.
This means there is a good spirit among the clients while respecting
everyone's privacy. More luxurious hotels might offer you more
(unnecessary) perks but by no means add to the satisfaction and happiness
of your vacation. The pool, food and rooms are of high standard and yet
nothing is overdone! Its the place to go in Ixtapa.

"Wow - this hotel went beyond our expectations for a budget family vacation.
We found a great deal on Expedia and thought we'd take a chance on this
family run hotel. What a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see lush
tropical gardens surrounding super clean, comfortable suites. We stayed in
a Junior Suite with a 2 year old and a 6 year old, and the suite had everything
we needed including a microwave, fridge with freezer, sink, dishes, large
clean bathroom, and tv with a Spanish kids channel. The pools were
spotlessly clean, and the kids pool was perfect for us. It helps if you know a
little Spanish to communicate with the kitchen staff, but there was always
someone around to translate if needed. The rate included a lovely breakfast
made fresh - the kids enjoyed hotcakes and we had eggs, bread and fresh
squeezed orange juice daily. There is a mini market on site for convenience,
very inexpensive and well stocked with milk, sundries, etc. And a word about
the management - super accommodating, pleasant to deal with, English

recommend the Villas Paraiso in Ixtapa, Mexico. We stayed there in 2001
&2002 and will be returning this winter. It has great accommodations we
especially like the junior suites with the kitchenettes. They have an
exceptional helpful and friendly staff that make you feel like home. It is only a
short walk to the beaches, restaurants and a short bus trip to the quaint
town of Zihuatanejo. Paraiso is also very affordable for couples and families.
We feel lucky that we found such a wonderful vacation get away".

My husband AL and I [Diana] first stayed at Villas Paraiso in 2001. We went
back every year and will be going again in 2005. The accommodations are
exceptionally clean with daily maid service. We enjoy their spacious suites.
We look forward to their scrumptious meals that vary daily, including freshly
squeezed fruit juice as well as plenty of fresh fruit. We have developed many
friendships with people, who like us, go back every year to Villas Paraiso.

"We stayed at the Villa Paraiso Hotel in Ixtapa from March 15 to March 22,
2004. The hotel had all suites and though they were a little run down, they
were very big and were kept clean. The customer service was GREAT all
week. They gave us two rooms for the price of one when they saw that we
had two teenage girls and a toddler with us. They were very helpful with tour
information, things to do, etc. All in all, a very pleasant experience".
