- 1. ON-LINE BOOKINGS
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. We will not charge your credit card
until your arrival, upon check-in. You can pay with Visa, Master Card or American Express.
Cancellations: In case you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must go back to the
on-line booking system to avoid a penalty of the full stay with taxes. We accept cancellations up
to 15 days before arrival with a refund except a 15% for administrative charges. After this period,
we do not accept refunds after the reservation has been done or due to early departure. We do
accept change of dates subject to a availability and to the rate applicable for the new period
requested.
The rates that appear in the on-line booking system exclude the 17% tax. This amount is
calculated after you do your booking. Please make sure to see the rates in this website, which
include the 17% tax. You will receive a confirmation letter with all the details of your booking
including taxes.

2. EMAIL OR PHONE RESERVATIONS
Deposits to guarantee a reservation must be made by means of a cash bank deposit or by Paypal
on the agreed date upon making the reservation. If you want to book using your credit card,
please do so from the book engine system above. We require a one-night deposit per room for
stays that are shorter than 5 nights and a 30% deposit for stays that are longer than 5 nights, in
order to guarantee it.
If the deposit is not made by the agreed date, a) the reservation gets cancelled, or b) the
reservation may be postponed to the going rate at a new date, subject as always to availability.
You would get instructions about our bank or Paypal accounts so you can make the payment.
We kindly request you to please submit your deposit slip together with your name, reservation
code, arrival/departure dates, no. of adults, no. of children, number and types of suites reserved.
Cancellations: Cancellations may be made by the guest at any moment without charge when
there is no deposit. If deposits or payments by the guest are not made by the agreed date limits,

EARLY DEPARTURES
The hotel does not return deposits or payments already made, but it will accept a change of date
for the reservation, subject always to availability of rooms for the new date sought under the rate
for that period. When a guest has already been registered, we do not refund any payments.
- FINAL PAYMENTS
The outstanding amount due from the reservation must be paid upon registration in the hotel (or
before, in case it is made by a travel agency or promoter). Final payment at the hotel may be
made with American Express, Master Card, Visa, travellers checks and cash. Local currency -
Mexican pesos and American dollars are accepted.
