- We very much appreciate the work from our travel agents and
promoters and we are pleased to inform you that we are here to
help you with your business. If you wish to start your own
business promoting our services, please contact us.
- You can sign in by filling out the form and you will be entitled to
get a Welcome gift and to participate in our monthly draw (2
nights, regular season, 2 adults and 2 children, breakfast
included).
| TRAVEL AGENTS AND PROMOTERS |
- We offer a 15% commission to our travel agents and promoters.
Additionally, for every 10 nights paid, we offer you 2 free nights in
European plan to be used during Regular season.
- We operate with our rack rates, which you can find in this website
under Dates and Rates. When you make a sale, you can either:
- Get the full payment from your client, deduct your
commission and then send us the balance. Payment must
be received by the hotel before your client´s arrival date.
- Ask your client for a 15% deposit (which would be your
commission), give him a receipt, let us know that he has
paid you this amount and then the client can pay the
balance at the hotel upon registration.
- With both options you get your commissions right away.
- We do not provide invoices for your clients. We do provide an
invoice or a receipt for your agency.
- Please be so kind to inform your client about the hotel services as
described in this website.
When a client wants to book in our hotel, please contact us so we
can inform you about availability. We can gladly make a pre-
reservation so this gives you time to inform your client. We will
need a deposit to guarantee the reservation or the full payment .
Please be so kind to read our terms and conditions.
- Once you confirm the reservation, we will send you the Services
Agreement for your approval. Please sign and fax or email this
document together with the payment, or other documentation.
- Sometimes clients wish to extend their stay at the hotel. Please
let them know that if they do so, to contact you so you can book
the extra nights. We will then honor your commissions.
- It is important to know about our property so you can sell it better.
We therefore would like to invite you to the hotel so you can
recommend it better. Also, please put this website in ´Your
Favorites´ to help you close your sale.
- Our Reservations office is open from 7 to 22 hours every day.
